What matters in Switzerland
An ERP that works well in the UK or Germany is not automatically usable in Switzerland. We check these points with you concretely before talking about implementation:
- VAT returns — effective method or flat tax rates, at 8.1% / 2.6% / 3.8%
- Accounting under the Swiss Code of Obligations, with ten-year retention of records
- QR-bill as the payment standard and eBill for delivery into the customer’s e-banking
- Payroll and the declarations to OASI/AHV, accident insurance and tax authorities
- Multi-currency: CHF and EUR in the same tenant, with exchange differences at closing
Data residency in Switzerland — an option, not a promise
Every SaaS project reaches the question of where the data sits. AgReSy runs on a platform that can be operated entirely in a private environment — in the data centre of your choice or in your own infrastructure. For companies with data sovereignty requirements this is an operating model, not an add-on module.

Behind AgReSy are a development organisation in Romania and companies in the canton of Zug. For Swiss customers the contracting party is a Swiss company: contract, invoice and point of contact stay in Switzerland, while development is done by our own team.
